Can^t retrieve Printer information

Hi __ when asked to select screen or printer for the output of the report.__I get an R&R Xbase__"Error retrieving printer information"__This only occurs for user when running the report connected via Terminal Services.____Windows Server 2003.__However when running it directly of the server it does not generate this error message. ____Anyone have any ideas on this?____

Does that user have a default printer installed for them?____Kathleen__R&R Support
