Citrix Printing speed issues

Hello Kathleen,__I have a client that is running R&R reports on their network directly and also using a Citrix connection in the same facility, (we have tested both ways on the same desktop) The Citrix connection is exponentially slower to print. Is there some tuning I have to do on the R&R side to ensure the printing speed is quick?__Thanks__Keith __

When you open a report,R&R tries to find the saved printer which could be why it is slow. Are you using a control table? If so, set RI_WPTR=DEFAULT and see if that speeds things up. This will tell runtime to go directly to your default printer, ignoring the saved printer.____Kathleen__R&R Support
