Citrix and R&R for Abra

I have a user with a problem running R&R for Abra via Citrix.__They recently moved the application to a new server. Five out of 7 users can run reports without a problem. But two users get a cannot open report error with a report path that points to the old server.__So if is almost as if they have an old INI file with a LibDir entry that points to the old location.__But why only two out of 7 with the error?____If there are any Citrix users out there who might be able to offer any ideas it would be much appreciated.____Kathleen__R&R Support__please email me at livesupport@livewarepub.com____Thanks.

Hi Kathleen,__The Terminal Server/Citrix environment will profile off a users Windows directory, within which each users RSW.INI file will be stored. (Windows 2000 Server sets this as %USERPROFILE% which generally points to c:Documents and settings<username> There will be a windows directory in this path.)____It may be that the 2 users had roaming profiles which have followed them to the new server and as such are located elsewhere on the network.____Hope this helps,__Dean____--__Richmond Software
