Crash When Printing to HP 1320

Hi,____We have a customer trying to run a report in Report Writer v8.1. It has started crashing when they select their new HP 1320 Printer. Strangely, it seems to print Ok when they use the Printer icon on the toolbar in Report Writer, but crashes if they navigate through File Print and click Ok.____We have tried renaming all instances of CDINTF.DLL, putting LIBRARIAN=OFF in the RSW.INI file and have also tried changing the compatibility mode on and off against the RSW.EXE.____Any ideas would be gratefully received.____Thanks.

Did you try using the Properties button from the File Print dialog prior to printing?____Kathleen__R&R Support
