Crashing after preview/printing

Hi,____I am using version 9 under Windows 2003 Server.____Allways when the report is finished - user prints it - I receive a windows error message saying that RR has some error and must be closed. The report works fine, the only problem happen when it ends.____I have already deleted cdintf.dll, but the problem goes on.____I have RR PDF Export printer installed, in order to export some reports do PDF.____Does someone know how to solve this ?____Thank you.__

Does the same crash happen if you double click execute rrwrun.exe and then manually select the RRW file?____Kathleen__R&R Support
