Cross Tab - Excel PivotTable

I am using V10 with update patch on a W2000 machine. I am trying to run an Excel Cross Tab report but receive the following error:__Run-Time Error ^53^ File not found.____Is there anything that I should be checking? I have Excel 97 running on the system as well.__

My co-worker said to check the file name. She thinks it is probably just a syntax error. She works with excel all the time and also runs w2000 and 97 on the same PC.
