Help Does not Pop UP

Help Does not Pop UP
When I click on the HELP button the normal help dialogue and its contents don^t pop up. It^s installed on a shared network drive and all the files appear their, but I^m not sure which ones run the HELP function or how it is pointed to it?

We use CHM help files so the R&R executables need to be on a local drive.____Kathleen__R&R Support

If I install on each person^s local drive won^t that defeat the user license management? I have 5 licenses that can be used on any of dozens of machines, but my impression is that if I install them locally then the total users could exceed my licenses. Is this true?

You put the license file on the shared server and the executables on the workstation. The install creates an INI file that then points to the shared license file.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I^ve re-installed R&R (on the shared server we have it on) and the HELP still doesn^t pop up. Any suggestions? Does it have to be installed using the "Workstation" option?

Was doing the installation from the original disk rather than the new downloaded files. Once I used the right installation files and got rid of the old stuff everything seemed to run fine. ____I had deleted the old files off the server before getting one of the user^s old R&R 12 uninstalled. Now that I^ve deleted the originally installed files from the server, his PC won^t uninstall the old version to install the newest files. Is there a way to get version 12 uninstalled off of machines without first re-installing it on the server?
