Improved printer interfacing and control is essential to Infinity^s future success. The interaction of R&R with printer drivers continues to be a major issue. The ability to select a paper bin within a report and/or specify it in an "in" file is an essential area of improvement. We distribute runtime reports and are finding more and more issues with printer drivers. Other applications print fine, but R&R reports have problems. We have been able to find work-arounds in most cases, but there are times where we just have to tell our customer to use a different printer. This creates the impression that we have created buggy software. This should be at the top of your development list

If you want enhancement suggestions, we would like to see it be able to rotate the text to print an envelope. This is big for our clients.
