rrwrun.exe crashing on exit

We have a client who is experiencing a program crash on exiting the report viewer, not every time but somewhere around 60 - 70% of the time. I have seen many posts where people are experiencing the same problem and the recommended fix seems to be to rename the file cdintfc.dll, however we are not distributing this file, and it is not present on the client^s machine - what else should we be looking for?____Thanks

Add the line:____PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windows rw.ini and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
