The following error message appears when attempting to generate a report using the Wizard."Run-time error^339^__Component^SPIN32.OCX^ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid. ____FYI:The R&R software is installed on a local drive the data resides on a Citrix server.____Any idea on how to fix so the wizard can be utilized to create reports? __Thanks in advance for your help. __

Is the file SPIN32.OCX indeed installed on your machine?__What version of R&R is being used?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Currently running V10+ - still waiting on response as to whether file SPIN32.OCX is installed on machine.__

The file SPIN32.OCX does reside on the computer the software is installed on.

Have you had an opportunity to check on the run-time error? It is appearing in version 10 and the file is loaded on the pc.__Thanks

No we have not tried a re-install. The client has purchased the V12 upgrade. We will run that and advise. __Thanks
