veeeery slow read/execute of an RRW

I bring up R&R 10 (same pblm with 8) and try to open an RRW. R&R takes more than 10 minutes to open. Same thing happens when I try to run a report preview. No problem in running from the runtime.____I am running on a Win XP server with 4 processors. One of the processors seems to run very full during this operation. The tables used are FoxPro.____Any suggestions? TIA
