The terminal server is a 1Ghz, 30GB system. We are only using about 10% of the system resources. I am very confused by this problem because it lacks consistency. We get the error at different times and it is not report dependent. Are there any error logs generated by R&R that could be helpful to me?__Marti__marti@dammanhardware.com

The only error log that R&R would generate would be an output status file that would contain the error message that is displayed on the screen but not much more.____We would create any sort temp files in the windows temp directory.__So if they cannot be created, we either cannot locate that directory, do not have permission to write to the directory or do not have disk space.____What is strange in your case is that it is happening intermittently.____Kathleen__R&R Support
