Problems with Citrix Server

We have a client running R&R runtime (SQL v11)on a Citrix server. The users are accessing this from Germany, UK and US. They are sometimes getting two different error messages:____Cannot match printer or port in control file____Error retrieving printer information____We suspect its something to do with the way the client has set up his citrix server and the different regional locales.______Any ideas?

The other puzzler to add to this one is that the printer is being set to DEFAULT in the control table which should in theory work universally. If anyone has any Citrix expertise that might help to understand what is happening it would be much appreciated.____Kathleen__R&R Support
