Crashes after installation

Have installed Report writer version 12 and now every time I try to save a report or open another report I get the message R&R report designer has encountered a problem and needs to close____When I click for more information it gives the following information____Modname: msvcrt.dll__Offset: 00032a16____The changes to the report are saved but the system closes and i have to unlock it.____I have reinstalled version 12 but still get the same error message.____Thanks in advance__

Try adding the line:____LIBRARIAN=OFF____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windowsRRW.INI and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have the exact same problem. I tried that fix, but it does not help. This is a report that I did modify and save successful a series of times and now it just crashes as above.

This works. I saved it only to RRW.INI at first and then saved it to RSW.INI.____Thanks
