rrwrun crashing

A customer of ours is having a problem with rrwrun crashes, which I first reported last September. I hadn^t heard from them for a while and thought maybe they^d resolved things at their end, but apparently they did not. The error message refers to the file msctfime.ime as the faulting module. This file seems to be part of a Windows service for inputting Asian characters - I don^t know why there would be an interaction between rrwrun and something like this, maybe there^s some 3rd party software in the report viewer that depends on it?. Is this a known problem? How do we know whether upgrading will solve it, do you have a trial version can we test with?____Thanks
