Missing Buttons in Save Prompt

Twice I^ve had the buttons in the save prompt disappear when I modify something within a report then attempt to exit without saving. The prompt to save changes does not display any buttons forcing me to save the changes or end task in Windows. When this happened today, it was immediately after an automated Microsoft Windows update was done to my workstation. The first time it happened, it took a total reinstall of the software (R&R v10+ Build 10.1.003) for the buttons to return. Any other solutions that aren^t so radical?

Are you using a dual display monitor configuration? If so, try switching to a single display and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes, I do have a dual monitor setup. Didn^t even consider that could be the issue. I did a test and opened R&R in my primary monitor and when I closed a report without saving first, I was prompted with the buttons. Then I opened the same report on my secondary monitor and when I closed without saving, the buttons were gone. They reappeared after I opened the report in the primary monitor again. Thanks, I^ll pass that tidbit along to others at my company who also use R&R in a dual monitor setup.
