RRW.exe - Application Error

Running R&R for Windows, Xbase Edition version 12, Build 12.0.002 when we exit out of the program I am getting the following error;____The instruction at "0x004cc092" referenced memory at "0x0000013c". The memory could not be "read".____Click on OK to terminate the program__Click on CANCEL to debug the program____any help would be great.____also if we don^t click on file-->exit but simply use the x in the upper right corner I don^t have this problem.____

Add the line PDFDRIVER=0 to the DEFAULTS section of c:windowsRRW.INI and see if this helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

When I click on the the R&R version 9 icon, I am getting the following error; serial number error: mutex timeout. I also tried running the RRW.exe and also got the following error; the application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000022), click on OK to terminate the program.____I will appreciate any help____

Try a re-boot and then a reinstall.____Kathleen__R&R Support
