R&R 9.0.007 and Windows 2000 Server

Post by eflores » Tue Oct 16, 2001 1:09 pm

A client of mine needs to migrate a Clipper 5.3-R&R 6.5 aplication from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 server. He also has upgraded his R&R version to 9.00.007. In the tests with R&R 9.00.007, where the application calls the runtime RRWRUN.EXE, after procesing the report, the application no returns, it is closed by Windows. The report works fine. We have tested with function swpruncmd from blinker 6.0 and with the clipper run command. We revised the enviroment variable comspec, and has defined windowssystem32command com.____Does anybody know something about this?____Thank you__

Is the file CDINTF.DLL present on the runtime machine in the R&R directory? If so, try renaming or removing it and see if it helps.______Kathleen__R&R Support

No, that file isn´t in the R&R directory. In the test we are using a R&R runtime directory. It only has rrwrun.exe, rrpd.dll and rr.udf.

Then I am not sure what is going on.__Try downloading the 9.0.009 update and see if that helps at all.____Kathleen__R&R Support
