can^t open file - printer issue???

Have a printer that is locking up many programs on several systems. Deleted the printer which cleared up all programms except R&R. The symptom is that exisitng reports will not open (just get an hour glass). Can create new reports okay.____The report file seems to remember which printer is used from which station (could be wrong on this) so deleting the printer from a system and changing the default printer is not sufficient to clear things up.____How do I solve this problem?

Add the line:____PRINTER=DEFAULT____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windowsRRW.INI.____Then open and save the report.____See if this helps.____Kathleen__R&R Suppport
