Cannot match printer and Port

"Cannot match printer or port in control file" error when printing to pdf. It works fine when printing to printer or display. Is there some reason for this and a work around. Some customers have this problem and other do not. The operating system is XP PRO and Report Works 11 runtime.____Dan

If something prevents the PDF driver from being installed you will see this error. There is a install program in the PDFFILES folder on the R&R CD that you can use to install the driver on machines where you see this problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support
