Lotus Notes & Email Bursting

My company has Lotus Notes for company email; it is MAPI compliant and used in conjunction with MicroSoft Outlook to achieve this. When using the email bursting feature, it first asks for Lotus password - this is no problem. But then it won^t finish cycling through all the breaks in a report to get them all sent out. My technical support claims it^s the R&R Report Writer application^s fault, but I^m not convinced. I^ve applied updates thru August 2001. __Does anyone send R&R reports using Lotus Notes without problems? Has anyone had problems using Lotus Notes, but overcome them? Please help.__Thanks,__Bruce

Bruce-__I unfortunately have no info on compatibility with Lotus notes. We did not test with Notes. Maybe someone else can offer some experience.____Kathleen__R&R Support
