Blank.bmp not found

I am trying to run an R&R report from the server. This report contains a jpg file attached. ____When ever I try to run this from the server (mapped drive) I get this error message blank.bmp file not found. ____I am able to run this report off my laptop without any issus.____Could some one let me know why this is happeneing and what I should do in order to get this functioning .____Any ones immediate response is much appreciated.____Thank you in advance__

Blank.bmp is a placeholder file that is used when a report contains a picture from field. If you copy it from your machine to the machine that gives the error it should correct things.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have copied it but still I get the error.____Could you please let me know where I should get it copied?____Further, have I got to do any changes to the rrw.ini or are there any additional lines to be included.____I have mapped a drive H: which is a local drive D: on the server. The R&R is located there. But I think the rrw.ini file is located some where else, which may not be available to me.____Your immediate response is much appreciated.____

Hello,____rrw.ini should be in your Windows directory.____Look at ImgDir variable in this rrw.ini file :____ImgDir=path of image files.______Micheline.
