RW Crashes - Memory Error

Hi, ____RW frequently crashes on my when I am trying to preview a report (print preview). The error I receive is "The instruction at "0x73dd11d7" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program."____Any idea how to fix this?____Thanks!

We are using RW Version 12 Build 12.1.001__This is a report designer error__Printer Selected? - this happens when I hit print preview and no printer selection box pops up - however my default printer is a network printer here.____Thanks!__Sarah

Try adding the line:____PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windows rw.ini and see if it helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Try opening the report, saving it and then re-opening it and see if that makes any difference.____Kathleen__R&R Support
