Excluding source codes

Post by tgarber » Wed Aug 01, 2007 5:16 pm

I recently took over an IT position and we use MOM for all of our order processing. We use R&R to generate various reports on royalties, product sold etc... The question I have is with my royalties report I would like to exclude all sales with a non royalty source code inputted from MOM. Is there a way I can create an expression in the R&R report to exclude the purchases with the non-royalty code? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You would use Database Query and then add a clause that checks the source code field.__If there is a code that is used just for royalties you would add source code is equal to royalty.____Kathleen__R&R Support____

Thats the problem I do not see source code as an available field. Do I need to add that field manually?

You need to have the table that includes the source code included in your report by adding a relation to that table.____Kathleen__R&R Support
