Serial Number Error: Mutex Timeout.

I have a client that is running a report using multiple databases and they get this error and then the application locks up. I need some clarification on this error please.

This error will sometimes occur when the report designer attempts to obtain a serial number on startup.__It is usually some sort of system hiccup and generally a re-boot of the machine will make it go away.____Kathleen__R&R Support
