Running Reports on Vista

Post by Brian_(Guest) » Thu Oct 11, 2007 1:45 pm

When running our reports on a Vista Machine we get a kernal Alyumni error, and we need to get an update. We are using Xbase Infinity and it runs fine, we do not have a desire to turn it into a PDF, but I would like to know if any updates could at least get rid of that error message. The reports run fine and no issues to date have occured.____Thanks

Add the line:____PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windows rw.ini and the error should go away.____Kathleen__R&R Support

On the workstation we do not have RR on. We have RR shortcut on a server and from a workstation we go to the shared directory and click on the shortcut and run. On the work station, this file does not exist. Where would I find this then?

In your local windows folder for the current logged in user.__Or you could add it to the folder where RRW.EXE resides and it will take effect for all users.____Kathleen__R&R Support
