Cannot match printer or port in con

Hi,____R&R Xbase Error: Cannot match printer or port in control file____We use the activex control to call R&R. Can anyone shed any light on what the activex creates as a control file and how I can avoid or get rid of this error. ____Thanks in advance!__Allen__

What value are you setting for the Printer property?____Whatever is being set is not being found on the machine where the app is being executed.____Kathleen__R&R Support
