Did serveral tests and I have mailed you the report.__Is it because I^m using a Laser printer? With an inktjet I have no problems at all...

I ran your report and get black gray and silver on my HP4050 laser.__So we are no closer to a solution to the problem.____The only note is that I am using letter sized paper rather than A4.__I will try to track down some A4 paper and see if that makes any difference.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support__

Is it possible that it is because of the Brother printers? Are there may be known issues with brother printers?

Is there some more news about this issue?__We are now still using the version 6.0 because we have purchased 8-12 but none of them is working properly on our configurations.____The 6 has only the problem with a network printer. This is okay in the 8 when pushing on the proporties of the printer.____The infinity has the problem with the grey lines.____On your advice we have upgraded to the leatest version, but we still have problems.______I hope to here from you soon.

Yes,__pdf printers are running well. No problem.__When printing towards an monochrome laserprinter the lines are displayed grey. Not on all the printers but it is happening. I^m testing in our affices with a Brother HL-7050 and this one is facing this problem. 4 computers, 3 printers. All cross tested and the result is the same. There are no issues with other programs printing on these devices...
