Printing to file with VB OCX

I am trying to print a report to a pdf file through use of the R&R OCX. This works fine if I set the printer and printer file name in code. The problem occurs when I try to use the properties tab of the R&R ActiveX control. If I "override saved printer" under the printer tab, the master index under the database tab changes to the path of the printer driver. Is this a bug?
