Printer issues

We recently started getting this error when we migrated a client to a Windows 2003 server in our datacenter.____When the client connects to our old NT box there is no problem.____Currently using Citrix Metaframe client 9 and connecting to Windows 2003 servers. We are using Probusiness and R&R. Probusiness finds the default local printer fine. When we open up Report Writer and try to print a test page we get the error "error retrieving printer information".____Being a novice at best I just don^t know where to look. Any information you can offer would be greatly appriciated.

There is nothing that can be configured on the R&R side but perhaps there is something on the citrix side that can be changed or configured.____Kathleen__R&R Support
