Cannot match printer or port

We have the users run RRW reports for a Citrix server. We recently upgraded from Windows 2000/Citrix XPe to Windows 2003/Citrix PS4. Now some users are getting the error "Cannot match printer or port in control file." The funny thing is it seems sporadic. They can try again later and it might work. I tried granting them Admin rights to the box to see if it was a security issue. Nothing I^m doing seems to totally fix this. What does this error mean?

It means that R&R cannot find the printer that is named as the RI_WPTR value in the control table.____Kathleen__R&R Support
