R&R v9.0; *.rrw files; HP 9000

R&R v9.0; *.rrw files; HP 9000 printer; Foxpro Application.__We have a new client setup were the Foxpro application is running well. We can connect via Citrix and print without issue (we are not using HP 9000 printers.) The client however is only using HP 9000 printers and of the two users they are seeing these results when trying to print any of the saved report files. Client User #1 selects a report via our Foxpro application and then nothing happens, she does not get the "Screen Printer Export" popup window. Client User #2 selects a report via our Foxpro application and gets the "Screen Printer Export" popup, selects either Screen or Printer, then gets the choose a printer popup and in both cases selects their only printer type (HP 9000) and click OK and then once again nothing. Nothing to the screen, nothing to the printer. They are both able to continue using our Foxpro application just as if their print jobs were successful. ____Is there something with R&R and HP 9000 print drivers?

What happens if the user double click executes RRWRUN.EXE and then manually selects the report?____Can they then preview and print?____Kathleen__R&R Support
