Arpeggio 2.0 Scheduler

I am currently trying to schedule some reports and I am getting this CRYPTACQUIRECONTEXT. Does anybody know what that means and how to correct it. I first ran it on and NT machine and that worked fine for a few days and then I have recently try to run this on a Win 95 machine and I am getting this error. Is there a patch for this error.
