Query Handle error

Hello,____One of our clients is reporting the error____^DB access: The connection, statement, or query handle you provided is not valid^____I thought this was fixed as I have not had anyone report it since we started using v12.5.1.0____Is there anything I can ask the client to check?______Thanks__Carol

Hello,____it happens with all reports but only on one machine. Some days it works and some days the message appears. All the other machines are fine and never get the ^Query Handle^ message____Carol
