RR v12 / Infinity Xbase

Post by KAB » Fri Feb 13, 2009 9:54 am

Katherine, We are having an issue with passed scopes in this and previous versions. When a scope is passed R&R is making a partial not exact match in the Xbase database. This is causing us great grief. In this case if I enter the scope as order number 11 it is retrieving any order that has 11 as the starting characters.__Is this a known issue? I can forward you details and report samples if you would like. Let me know.

If you just want 11 then enter 11 as the low scope and 11!!!! as the high scope (add as many ! characters as the length of the index key.______Kathleen__R&R Support
