_Cannot create sort temporary file_

Intermittently, when running reports in R&R 12, our users get the following message:___Cannot create sort temporary file___After that happens, the program becomes unresponsive and must be closed manually. I believe this may be a directory rights issue or something similar, but cannot determine where it is trying to write the sort temporary file. Any ideas?

Sort files are created in the temp folder that is set for the user^s windows environment.____Kathleen__R&R Support
