File Export Memory Error

File Export Memory Error

When I click File -- Export -- and select any option I get the following error message:__The instruction at "0x77c472e3" referenced memory at "0x00b9d000." The memory could not be "read"____We are using version 12.1.001____Can anyone help?

Does this occur with all reports or just one report?____Kathleen__R&R Support
