R&R with Citrix Metaframe

One of our users is having lots of trouble with Citrix Meteframe. __They hve designer ver of rr ver 10 and also use run time____The errors thet are having as follows:____1. If they go to File..Print R&R bonbs out .. they have to use the __ printer icon at the top oif the screen____2. Any report changes taht are made, it seems to Save the changes__ but then R&R bombs out____3. Chnanging Printer settings causes a bomb out____Some of these are similar to recurring problems printing reports even in standard windows.____Is there anything special that needs to be done for Citrix Metaframe ?____

Try adding the lines:____PRINTER=DEFAULT__LIBRARIAN=OFF__DICTIONARY=0____to the DEFAULTS section of the file rrw.ini that is in the windows folder and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi kathleen__In that this is running over a Citrix Server, do I put the code into the Windows folder on each local pc or, into the Windows folder on the server where RRW starts from ?
