Export to /xls fails

[FRED_EMMERICH_(Guest)]

I try to export to .xls and I get a "can^t open file" error. I selected only my records lines and I still get the error. I deleted everything from my report except record lines and I still get the error. The only export that works is to a text file. I am using 8.1 XBASE version. Whats up with this?____Thanks
