ParameteRR and Shortcut

Created report with two ParameteRR fields defining the scope. Used ReportWorks Shortcut Maker to create shortcut. When running the report via the shortcut the scope defined by the ParameteRR fields is being ignored. Options are on for both ParameteRR fields to "Replace Default with Runtime Input Value" and "Prompt at Runtime." What am I missing?
