printing to PDF

I have just tried using the PDF print driver in R&Rv9 but get ^unable to start print job^. I can^t find any Help topic in the documentation for setting up the driver. Can someone point me in the right direction?__

From the report development screen select Print. When the print screen appears select the printer R&R PDF PRINTER. Here is where you are having your problem... Now select TO FILE then enter the directory and file name in the entry area at the bottom right side.____Now it should work!

Even after you get the print engine to go, you must provide the full path and the extension .pdf in the file name line or you will not get a report.
