tray 2 for printing

I have a client that wants the default to always go to the printer tray 2 instead of the try 1. How can I do this?____Thanks,____Tom Freitas

You can select a printer tray in File Page Setup. However for some system configurations this does not always save correctly. It is on our bug list to be addressed in a future update.____Kathleen__R&R Support

A work-around is to install another printer (same driver, different name) with tray 2 as the default. Then save the report with that printer.____rw

Thanks, but for my purposes that will not work. I create programs which must all act the same. If I did that, then it would effect other clients. Thanks anyway!____Tom Freitas
