Printing reports in R&R Runtime

I have a client who cannot print reports in runtime. We are using the R&R 8 runtime files. They run the report and the query dialog comes up as we have configured it to do. They OK the Query and then nothing happens. It is as if the report disappears on its way to the printer. This problem is not machine or printer specific.____Any ideas?____Eddie Marshall
