Error Printing Reports In WIN 2000

We^re running R&R v8.0 build 923.0.0. We recently had a user who received a WIN 2000 PC in addition to her Windows NT PC. There are a couple of reports that she can run from her NT side that she can not run from her WIN 2000 PC. On her WIN 2000 PC, she can run the report and preview it, but when she does File->Print, she receives the following errors:__RRW.EXE Application Error__The instruction at "0X77805e41" referenced memory at "0X0097d000". The memory could not be "read".____followed by:__RRW.EXE Application Error__The instruction at "0X6c6e12b6" referenced memory at "0X00000008". The memory could not be "read". ____She can run and print these same reports from within our Payroll system using RRWRUN.EXE from her WIN 2000 PC without problems. She can also run other reports on her WIN 2000 PC without problems.____Ideas?

She can run the report to her default printer from NT and it works fine but if she tries to run it from WIN 2000 to that same default printer it fails.

Kathleen, do you have any other ideas on how to fix this problem?

Can you create a new instant report, use the Print Icon and have it successfully go to the printer?____Kathleen__R&R Support
