Setup Windows Standard Printer

Hi,____I^m trying to help a customer who just upgraded to v.9. His existing reports used to print to the Windows Standard Printer set up by the individual user. So every user got his report printed on his printer.____Now with version 9 he did a few changes to some reports and saved them. These reports print all only to the one Windows Standard Printer of the one user who did save them.____So all the other users have to come to his office, which creates a lot of traffic, anger, and turmoil.____What can they do to restore the above state?____Helmut Knappe__dc soft GmbH
