Printing on HP Deskjet 610C

Kathleen,____We are not having success on printing in Econofast mode using HP610C.____One of our customers uses a HP610C deskjet printer. When the user selects the report to be printed, the print dialog box is shown. The properties button is available, we click on it, select Econofast mode but the printer still prints with HighQuality mode.__We tried the same thing using MS-Word and other softwares and when the same print dialog is shown, we select Econofast mode and everything works fine.____What can we do to make RR print using Econofast mode with a HP610C printer?____Thank you.____Best regards,____Marcelo Alaggio.__Delphus Informatica Ltda.__Brazil.

Try opening the printer in the control panel and selecting econofast prior to opening R&R.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____I had already tryied this. Within RR the printer uses HighQuality mode. I dont understand why others applications work fine...__What can I do?____Regards,____Marcelo Alaggio.__
