Export ?

I have written a basic report and wish to put a Logo (bmp file) in to the page header. __I export to HTML it works fine if i look at it on my pc but as soon as i try to email the file to someone else it looses the bmp file. __It looks like R&R is saving the logo in a seperate file which it does not take with it when it is attached.____My gut fealing is that you will suggest using the send to option however you are not offered this when you print which is when it is needed, so any other options?. ____I have tried inserting it as a picture and an object neither seems to make a difference. ____Also the alignment of the fields seem to be affected by the logo for example if i have it over on the right hand side the total field in the records band insists on alligning to the far right hand edge, level with the edge of the logo. with a lot of fiddling i have got it to look reasonable but it^s not quite right any ideas on either of the above would be gratfully received :-)__ ____

You should be able to export the bitmap and all in a pdf file, otherwise you need to send along the bitmap with the html as it refers to it in the code

Ok that sounds great,thank you, however as export to PDF is not on the list i have looked through the help doc^s but no joy how do I do it?__

PDF is not an export choice but is done via a print driver.__In Version 9 you use File Print and select the R&R PDF Export driver.__Check the print to file box and enter the PDF file name in the lower right.____Kathleen__R&R Support
