Abnormal viewer termination

Hi R&R User____We got some problems with version 9. __One of our customers has a Win XP OS with an HP 4L printer on. He can_t print directly to the printer, but have to get the report on the screen first before he prints it. Sometime this doesn_t work either. The error message is: ____Exec Runtime failed__Code D__Abnormal viewer termination____Our other customer has no problems at all performing this operation! Is it the combination of the OS, old printer and R&R?? He has no problems printing from MS Word and related products.____What can we do?____

Yes, we have the update installed. We access the R&R reports from our program, the user doesn_t have the report writher installed only the runner/viewer.
