Cannot open file

Hello,____Hopefully you can help. We are using R&R 12.5 and on many machines that are running the runtime we get the following when opening a report containing an image:____Cannot open file: Lead Technologies Libraries____The image is a Jpg.____Is there a fix for this? Are there any image types that R&R will except without returning the error.____Using the full version of R&R it is fine, but we don^t want some users having access to the full version.____Many thanks in advance.____Paul__

How was runtime installed on the problem machine? It sounds like you are missing some of the required lead tool support files.____Kathleen__R&R Support
