User Function Access Error

I have 11 users running R&R v9 from a networked file server. Works fine for everyone except one user. When she tries to open a report she gets an RRSQL error: User Function Access Error, and she cannot open the file. I tried this on several different files in different locations including on her local drive.____I checked that she has the correct security for the files she^s trying to open. I also made sure she can modify the RSW.lic file in the R&R application folder. I also made sure that all the R&R user licenses were not locked or in use. I then uninstalled then re-installed R&R on her workstation but get the same error.____She can run it from other pc^s so it^s something in the way it is installed on her workstation - any ideas? The R&R documentation mentions this error but doesn^t really give any solutions.____Thanks very much.
